The object of the order is the collection, transport and development of selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the municipality of Trawniki in a way that ensures the achievement of adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery of others methods and limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, equipment and systematic replenishment in bags of inhabited property, equipment with containers of inhabited property and loading, collection, transport and management of waste from the point of selective waste collection in Dorohuczy.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of separately collected municipal waste from residential properties located in the Trawniki Municipality in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, equipping and systematically replenishing residential real estate with bags, equipping with containers of residential real estate and loading, receiving, transport and management of waste from the Selective Waste Collection Point in Dorohucza, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Lublin Regional Assembly, No. XXIV/396/16 of 2 December 2016 on the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for Voivodships (Dz.U. Woj. Or. of 2017, item 256, as amended. as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Trawniki commune.

2. Order include:

2.1. “Reception and development of municipal waste directly from property owners residing from the area of Trawniki Municipality”, consisting of:

1) collection and management of municipal waste directly from the owners of real estate residing in the Trawniki municipality in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan, adopted by the resolution of the Regional Assembly of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, No. XXIV/396/16 of 2 December 2016 regarding the adoption of the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship (Dz.U. Woj. Or.

of 2017, item 256, as amended. as amended) and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Trawniki Commune,

2) supply of bags for selective collection in the colours specified in the regulations (on the basis of 'bag for bag') necessary for the proper functioning of the waste management system,

3) the supply of containers for the collection of mixed waste and ash in single-family buildings in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Cleaning and Order in the Lawn Community,

4) supply of containers for the collection of municipal waste in multi-family buildings (cooperatives and housing communities) in the municipality,

5) the collection of waste to be put up by residents in front of the property in the stock system of the so-called “exhibition”,

2.2. “Load, receipt and management of the mass of municipal waste collected at selective municipal waste collection points”, consisting of:

1) Loading, receiving, transporting and managing the mass of municipal waste collected selectively from the inhabitants of the Trawniki commune collected at the Point of Selective Municipal Waste Collection located in the town of Dorohucza.

If the contractor has containers, it is possible to set the containers, during the term of the contract, at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and collect waste directly from residents to containers. The costs of setting up containers shall be covered by the Contractor.

3. The estimated amount of waste collection during the term of the contract will be approx. 1993.5700 Mg with the right of option additionally up to 500 Mg.
