The procurement includes basic management and new development / further development regarding the website for Sweden's data portal www.dataportal.se (http://www.dataportal.se/), which is also available in a beta version that will be completed in the spring of 2023: https://beta.dataportal.se/ (https://beta.dataportal.se/).

The procurement includes web development towards various content sources, e.g. Strapi and Entryscape.

The following skills and experience are in demand:

Agile approach and work methodology according to scrum

Open source, habit of working with open source

Competence in Headless CMS incl. development and adaptations

Experience in managing and further developing community/forums

Experience working with data sharing systems

Ability to collaborate, collaboration with other suppliers

The requer intends to sign contracts with a (1) supplier.

The contract period is 2 years with the possibility of extension by 1 year on 2 occasions.

The volume of the Basic Management Assignment is estimated at 40 – 60 hours/week during the contract period.

The volume for New Development/Further Development is estimated to vary between SEK 2.0 – 10.0 million/year during the contract period.

Specific volume cannot be guaranteed.

The ceiling volume for the framework agreement is SEK 60 million during the contract period.
