JIK Basic Service Business Association (later also Subscriber) is requesting an offer for the Operator Call and Alert System. A more detailed description of the services to be acquired can be seen in Annex 1 to the Request for Tender, Description of the Object of Acquisition.

The terms of the contract applicable to the acquisition are described in the draft agreement set out in Annex 2.

The acquisition includes a caregiver call and alert system as a software service, a delivery project, support, maintenance, and advisory services, and equipment and accessories connected to the software service. The delivery project comprises the delivery of the system to the following sites: Kurika's future SOTE Centre - Medical reception and support services, Kurika's future SOTE centre - Dental salon, Ilmajoki Health Centre — Medical reception and support services, Ilmajoki Health Centre — Dental salon and Ilmajoki Family Center.
