RSG Wolfsbos wants to conclude a framework agreement with three Contractors for the duration of two fixed years. After these years, the Client has the option to extend the agreement 2 more times for one year. A mini competition with three Contractors will be chosen for orders above >€15,000.

For orders under €15,000, the number one of the tender will be contracted. The number one of the tender is allowed to deliver all orders under €15,000. The Contractor provides a webshop in which RSG Wolfsbos can place its orders.

RSG Wolfsbos estimated the expected decline during the ICT Hardware agreement on the basis of depreciation:

2022: €80,000

2023: €80,000

2024: €60,000

2025: €305,000

A major investment is expected in 2025 as a replacement round is planned to replace staff laptops. This is an expected decrease, no rights can be derived from it.
