The purpose of the Call for Tenders is to take out the insurance contracts of the group of orders formed between the municipality of Grigny and its CCAS. With the aim of pooling skills and optimising the budget, it was decided to set up a group of orders in application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, approved by all the executive bodies of all the members of the group. The municipality of Grigny, represented by its Mayor, assumes the role of coordinator of the grouping and is responsible for the procedure for the award of the contract or contracts to be intervened.
