Andøy municipality shall construct a nursing home at Åse in Andøya. The building must include 24 nursing home places divided into 3 departments with communal areas for each department, a commercial kitchen, areas for day services for clients who live at home, areas for the home care service and other health related services. The building is planned as a passive house in the form of a traditional frame house.
