Operating transport in collective transport of twenty-three new buses on lines organized by the Management Board of Collective Transport in Rybnik, of various sizes and types of propulsion:

— minimum 2 pcs with electric drive,

— a minimum of 21 powered by compressed natural gas (CNG or LNG) or electric drive.

1. The subject of the contract is the payment by the Contractor of transport services on selected bus lines organised by the Management Board of Collective Transport in Rybnik between 2022 and 2031 according to timetables provided by the Ordering Authority.

2. Detailed parameters of the line, specifying the relations, line lengths and the number and type of rolling stock required in motion, taking into account the temporary variation of transport needs and the daily number of carriages, shall be presented in the procedure documentation.

3. The volume of operational work during the course of the contract will amount to a maximum of: 15 210 000 carriages.

4. Required rolling stock (minimum number):

— 2 electric powered midi buses,

— 5 midi class buses powered by natural gas (CNG or LNG) or electric propulsion,

— 11 maxi class buses powered by natural gas (CNG or LNG) or electric drive,

— 5 mega class buses powered by natural gas (CNG or LNG) or electric drive.
