The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, to be performed in the Warcino Forest District, in 2023. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature conservation, harvesting and harvesting of wood. Procedure: unlimited tender for the basis of Act of 11 September 2019 Public procurement law and implementing acts (contract with a value exceeding the EU thresholds).
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including, in particular, works in the field of forest breeding, seed breeding, forest protection, fire protection, nature protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding, seed production, forest protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as those resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ- to be carried out as part of package 3. The ordering party requires employment
by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in the acquisition and harvesting of wood raw material, if the performance of
these activities consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1050, as amended). Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as unforeseen economic and economic situation. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make
reducing corrections, increasing adjustments, arrangements of new locations, as well as suspension of activities indicated in individual rows of tables describing the subject of the contract. Contracting authority
provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. These contracts will consist in the repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract and services similar to them in the technological aspect of their performance. The material scope of the services covered by the contract referred to above shall not exceed 50 % of this contract.
When selecting tenders for the package, the Contracting Authority will be guided by the following criterion for assessing tenders:
