The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood and forest nursery management at the Nursery Farm in Krępsko, chemical plant protection in the Goleniów Forest District as well as services in the field of harvesting cones from trees lying for the needs of the Nursery Farm in Krępsko, to be performed in the Goleniów Forest District in 2023. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) to (4) of the Public Procurement Law.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and skidding of wood to be performed in the Goleniów Forest District in the Stepnica Forest District in 2023. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of contract performance consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. Deaths). The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting of wood specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The number of works indicated in the SWZ falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement are estimates. The number of works commissioned to be performed during the implementation of the Subject of the Contract may be less than the number presented in the SWZ, which, however, may not be the basis for any claims of the Contractor against the Ordering Party regardless of their legal basis. The Ordering Party may order during the performance of the Agreement a scope of work smaller than indicated in the SWZ, but not less than 70% of the Value of the Subject of the Contract.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works and a description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
