1. The subject of the contract is the Successive delivery of 605,580 litres of diesel and 92,010 litres of ethyline 95 for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract, for the needs of UMS in the following division into parts:

Part I – UMS excluding OOW Niechorze: 548,580 litres of diesel fuel, 86,610 litres of ethyline 95;

Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are specified in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 A to the Terms of Reference. The list of the Contracting Authority's fleet for Part I is attached as Appendix 9A to the Terms of Reference.

Part II – OOW Niechorze: 57,000 litres of diesel fuel, 5,400 litres of ethyline 95.

Detailed requirements for the performance of the contract are specified in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, constituting Appendix No. 1 B to the Terms of Reference. The list of the Contracting Authority's fleet for Part II is attached as Appendix 9B to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the supply by the Contractor for the needs of the Ordering Party with the delivery of:

a) Diesel oil in the amount of diesel - 548,580 l

b) Unleaded petrol PB95 - in the amount of 86,610 l

hereinafter referred to as "fuel", in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the agreement constituting Appendix 1A to the Terms of Reference. The list of the Contracting Authority's fleet for Part I is attached as Appendix 9A to the Terms of Reference.

The subject of the contract is the supply by the Contractor for the needs of the Contracting Authority:

a) Diesel diesel oil in the amount of 57,000 l

b) Unleaded petrol PB95 in the amount of 5,400 l

hereinafter referred to as "fuel", in accordance with the description of the subject matter of the agreement constituting Appendix 1 B to the Terms of Reference. The list of the Contracting Authority's fleet for Part II is attached as Appendix 9B to the Terms of Reference.
