The municipality of Altusried is planning the conversion and expansion of the Old Town Hall as part of the "New Town Centre" concept. In the future, the retail trade will be located on the ground floor, an open-air museum on the 1st floor and a library on the 2nd floor. In the basement is the Schützenverein Altusried e.V. The premises in the basement are also to be enlarged and modernized.
The subject of the order are services of the object planning building according to § 33 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 3-9, with step-by-step commissioning.
The LPH 1 and 2 have already been completely completed. The documents of LPH 1 and 2 will be made available to all tenderers who are invited to submit tenders in order to bring all participants to the same level of information.
Further planning is to be based on work phases 1 and 2 of the previously occupied office. The client attaches great importance to the fact that the preliminary planning is taken over, an adjustment or restructuring is not desired.
The old town hall is to be converted into a building for public use. The ground floor will be equipped with a pharmacy, a bakery / café and, if necessary, a delicatessen. On the 1st floor there will be an open-air museum and on the 2nd floor a municipal library will be built. The shooting club, which is located in the basement, is to remain located there, but these rooms also require enlargement and modernization.
An inventory, as well as a component opening have already been carried out.
In the course of the conversion, the following renovations must be carried out:
- Facade (energetic, there is no thermal insulation)
- Toilet facilities, doors, floors and partly windows
- Heating systems, wiring and electrical installation
- Roof truss
On the ground floor, the floor is raised by a staircase.
Funding from the government of Swabia is expected for this construction project.
Timeline:
The award negotiations are expected to take place in September 2022. The award of the contract and the immediately following project start is scheduled for mid-October 2022. Completion is scheduled for 15.12.2025.
