Guldborgsund Spildevand A / S (hereinafter "Builder") plans according to a wastewater treatment plant with 10 permanent plants, several of which are severely worn. Four of these plants, including Nykøbing Wastewater Treatment Plant, are facing extensive renovations and renovations.
It is the builder's hope that Nykøbing Wastewater Treatment Plant, after rebuilding, will show solutions to the current challenges - and become a wastewater treatment plant pointing to new times.
With the offered renovation of the Nykøbing Wastewater Treatment Plant, the builder wants to signal a transition to a daily life, where daily operations are based on remote monitoring, as well as planned and preventative maintenance efforts, which results in a reduction in operating costs. This transition involves a comprehensive technical and mental transformation.
The contract offered (the “Contract”) generally comprises the following main activities:
Construction of the following construction works:
- Multi-building,
- Inlet pump station,
- septic sludge receiving station,
- Distributor building and sludge pumping station,
- 2 pcs. clarifiers,
- Saving pool (with option for one additional pool),
- Outlet buildings.
All construction work includes new machine and electrical installations, as well as PLC and SCADA programming.
The project is offered in the main contract (however, the contractor must complete selected parts of the project) and contains the following options:
- Option 1: Establishment of an additional savings pool of 5,000 m3 at Nykøbing Falster Wastewater treatment plant and demolition of the exploration tank,
- Option 2: Variable Services (see offer list).
The builder and his advisers have made extensive preparatory work, which is reflected in the tender basis. The builder is confident that the technical basis that has been prepared reflects an optimal solution. Within certain professional areas, the Client has only performed an initial design, which is handed over to the Contractor for completion. The contractor must therefore - within the defined limits - complete the project in accordance with the tendering basis.
The tender contract (hereinafter "the Contract") includes all works related to the realization of the Project as described in the tender documents.
