For this tender, Your Public Transport I/S (DOT) wishes to obtain a contract contract to operate DOT website and project on implementing new UI/UX and upgrading backend.

The contracting website (DOT - Your Public Transport - DOT) is one of the Directing Regiver's main channels for communication and customer service. Around 150,000 people visit Ordregiver's website every month to find answers to their questions about public transport in Zealand and the islands. Contracting entities thus have a responsibility to ensure a simple, easy-to-use and operational platform that can help users on their journey. However, the website's technical platform is being obsolete, with several customer surveys pointing to a need to improve the user experience on the website.
Consequently, Ordregiver has initiated a project that includes upgrading the website's technical basis to ensure better operation of the website as well as improving the overall user experience when implementing new design, UI and UX.
Against this background, the contracting entity at this tender wishes to obtain offers of:
• DoT Website Operation, Support and Maintenance (DOT - Your Public Transportation - DOT)
• New UI/UX implementation project and back-end upgrade
• Ad hoc tasks
