The contract includes:

• Microsoft licenses

• Remainder of the tenderer’s license product range

• License administration both on the server and client website

• License management of the above listed licenses

• Procurement of new software licenses

• Consultant regarding selection of the correct license portfolio in order to:

o Gain a clear overview of the client’s valid license agreements

o Secure cost effective licensing portfolio

o Gain a solution that notifies of expiring agreements, and alerts prior to the countdown for agreements
