1. The subject of the order is the supply of summer and winter diesel oil and light heating oil.

2. The Contracting Authority divided the order into two parts (tasks), see Section II.4).

3. A detailed description and method of execution of the object of the contract, respectively, shall be determined by the Designed contract provisions constituting Annex No 7, No 7.1 to the SWZ.

Task No 1 includes the delivery of 850,000 litres of summer and winter diesel to the Warehouse Team of the Repair and Operation Section in Fat at 43 Przemysłowa Street, 05-240 Fat.

Task No 2 includes the supply of 265,000 litres of light fuel oil, including:

(a) 220 000 litres of light fuel oil for:

— Warsaw Ochota Warehouse Complex, 15 Berestecka Street, 02-337 Warsaw,

— Fat Warehouse Team, 43 Przemysłowa Street, 04-250 Fat,

— Sochaczew Warehouse Complex, 5 Osiedle Kolejowe Street, 96-500 Sochaczew.

(b) 45 000 liters of light fuel oil to the Maintenance Services Branch, Groupkeeping of rolling stock Fat, 43 Przemysłowa Street, 04-250 Fat.
