The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity, in the period from 01.10.2022. until 31.12.2023, including the sale of electricity to facilities belonging to the Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center that are in tariff groups:

• C12A - 1 PPE collection point,

• C22a - 2 PPE collection points,

PPE collection points are hospital facilities. All interruptions in the supply of energy should be agreed with the Ordering Party and should be reduced to a minimum. The estimated demand for electricity is: 963.88 MWh.

The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at the level of (+/- 30%).

The current supplier of electricity is: ENEA S.A.

The service consists in the supply of electricity to the Wielkopolska Neuropsychiatric Center in Kościan and distant branches, i.e.:

• 64-234 Siekowo 80,

• 64-030 Wonieść 48.

The supply of electricity will take place under the conditions set out in the Energy Law of 10 April 1997, the implementing provisions of this Act, and in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 2 July 2010 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the energy system, the tariff for the seller's electricity, the tariff for electricity distribution services of the relevant Distribution System Operator (DSO Tariff), Instructions for operation and operation of the Distribution Network (IRiESD) and generally applicable legal regulations.
