1.2. Comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas will be carried out to the indicated

1.3. The subject of the proceedings is the comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas to the buildings of the City of Mława and its organizational units indicated in Annex 4 to the SWZ (numbers of collection points, names of recipients, addresses of PZO, tariff groups at the current seller and the sum of ordered quantities of gas fuel – the above sum is for information purposes only and does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to collect the calculated amounts of gas).
1.4. Pursuant to Article 41 of the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended)The Mayor of Mława appointed the City of Mława to conduct the procedure and award the contract on behalf of and for the benefit of all entities participating in it, the Mława City Hall (Investment Department). The list of Contracting Entities (designation of consumption groups, PZO addresses, tariff groups, indicative list of gas demand) participating in the joint procurement is included in Annex 4 to the SWZ.
1.5 The Supplier shall provide the relevant VAT invoices issued (for individual gas collection points) to the City of Mława. Each purchase invoice should be correctly issued to the City of Mława as the buyer, and not to the office servicing it, or to its budgetary unit or establishment.

1.6. The comprehensive supply of natural gas will take place on the basis of an agreement containing the provisions of the sales contract and a contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive agreement) and will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997.
