The University of Bergen would like, on behalf of the cooperation project 'New Knowledge Channel' at UiT The Arctic University of Norway, Vestlandet University College, and the University of Stavanger, to procure a digital sharing arena. This is because the university/university college sector has a specific responsibility to make its knowledge and scientific research available and open for all parts of society.
