The subject of the contract is: updating the complete construction and executive design documentation in the scope of:
Part 1: construction of a municipal cemetery located in the area bounded by Avicenny Street, railway areas, the Ślęza River, a section of Jordanowska Street and the K-9.2 ditch in Wrocław
Lot 2: construction of public roads with technical infrastructure in road lanes in the area located at Ibn Siny Avicenny Street (hereinafter: Part 2),
for task No. 07140 entitled "Construction of a municipal cemetery at Ibn Siny Avicenny Street in Wrocław.

The subject of the contract is to update the design documentation along with obtaining all decisions, arrangements, opinions and permits (with obtaining complete and final administrative decisions enabling the implementation of construction works) and performing author's supervision for task No. 07140 entitled "Construction of the municipal cemetery at Ibn Siny Avicenny Street in Wrocław", divided into parts and four stages of implementation with the possibility of obtaining a successive occupancy permit (non-conditional) stages until the completion of the entire investment:
Part 1
Update of the design documentation for the construction of the municipal cemetery at Ibn Siny Avicenny Street, divided into four stages of implementation for a building permit, for:
a) the internal area of the cemetery – fences, lodgings, avenues, squares, greenery of small architecture, etc.
b) pedestrian service of the area surrounding the cemetery outside the road lane
(c) chapel (building A)
d) administrative and office building and public toilets (building B and E)
(e) a service building and public toilets (building C and D)
Part 2
Update of the design documentation for the construction of access roads to the municipal cemetery at Ibn Siny Avicenny Street as part of the amendment to the existing decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRID) No. 6603/2012 of 20.12.2012 or obtaining a new ZRID decision, divided into four stages of implementation tailored to the stages of part 1.
A detailed scope of stages will be proposed by the Designer after analyzing all technical conditions, initially the division of the investment into 4 stages of implementation according to Annex 1 to OPZ should be adopted.
