This supply contract concerns the purchase of foodstuffs such as meat and sausages.

There is only one delivery location, the central kitchen, but several customers who must be managed individually, from order to delivery, as well as invoicing. The clients are:

- the central kitchen,

- the cantous des Oliviers,

- the cantous of Santons,

- the cantous of the Estérel,

- the cantous of the Calanques,

- the cantous of Villarosa,

- the cantous of Pleszew,

- the cantous du Quesnoy,

- the cantous of Valéa Lunga,

- the brewery, and

- exceptional services.
