Following the successful completion of its Decent Homes Programme Nottingham City Homes (NCH) is now focusing on the improvement of its estates in line with the Decent Neighbourhood Strategy that is being developed.

This Strategy will highlight the investment needed on an area by area basis with priorities from all local stakeholders.

To enable this to be achieved the above structure allows NCH to deliver works required Citywide within 2 Lots with 3 Groundwork and Fencing Contractors (GFC) and a Horticultural Contractor.
