It concerns the new construction of an indoor swimming pool in Simmern / Hunsrück, Rhineland-Palatinate.

The planned indoor pool has a maximum extension of approx. 51.5 m x 33.5 m and a maximum floor area of approximately 1,725 m². The building is built on two floors. The ground floor is planned in massive construction. The supporting structure of the upper floor is to be manufactured in steel construction. The roof is designed as a flat roof. The exterior walls are to be made of wooden glue boards with superior outer shell.

Trade: Outdoor area 1.) Bit. Pick up and dispose of the black blanket; 1,150 t 2.) Pick up and dispose of concrete pavement 8 cm thick 450 m² 3.) Excavate and temporarily store soil; 4,800 m³ 4.) Dig and reinstall the floor; 2,200 m³ 5.) Soil improvement with mixed binder 8,500 m² 6.) Trench excavation for drainage pipes, excavation dispose of 800 m³ 7.) Soil exchange with coarse impact 50/150 mm, thickness 0.3-0.5 m; 800 m³ 8.) Excavation for empty pipes, excavated disposal 630 m³ 9.) Ballast 8/32 mm supply and install 1,500 m³ 10.) Plastic pipes DN 100 – 300 PP supply and lay 480 lfdm 11.) Installing the insole and sheathing for plastic pipes 310 m³ 12.) Gravel/sand mixture for trench backfilling supply and installation 440 m³ 13.) Paving area 30/20/10 cm supply and manufacture 2,200 m² 14.) Asphalt base layer production 1,440 m²
