3.1. Material scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract is services related to hunting and meadow and agricultural management in forestry services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the forest area of the Flat Forest District in Žilina in 2022.

2) Accurate Description of the Order Item is in Chapter 3 of the Specification of the Order Terms

The type and quantity of work is set out in Annex 3 to the Procurement Conditions Specification.
