The delivery of the 10 buses must take place by 31.12.2024 due to the requirements of the grant decision, otherwise there is a risk that the subsidies will be cancelled. The complete delivery and acceptance of all buses within the specified period is to be guaranteed within the scope of the submission of the offer. Furthermore, a maintenance contract is available as an option.

The client expressly refers to § 55 Abs. 1 and 2 SektVO. He will make use of the option under § 55 Abs. 1 SektVO and demand verifiable information from the bidders about the proportion of goods from third countries with the offers.
