Lahden Tilakeskus is looking for a service provider for fault repairs, annual inspections and periodic maintenance of professional kitchen equipment at sites containing professional kitchen equipment (approx. 70)
The maintenance agreement will cover all kitchen equipment owned by Tilakeskus, excluding all refrigeration equipment and cold and freezer rooms, which are included in a separate maintenance agreement. Refrigeration equipment includes all equipment that contains a refrigeration unit and refrigerants. The maintenance agreement also does not cover household appliances, small appliances and food trolleys in professional kitchen facilities.
The equipment owned by the farm center is mostly Electrolux Professional, Dieta or Metos branded.
The starting data for the tender is a list of target and device-specific system cards compiled from the BEM system (Annex 6 to the invitation to tender).
A separate appliance identifier system has been drawn up for professional kitchen appliances, according to which the appliances have been and are named on system cards (Annex 7 to the invitation to tender).
The service includes fault repairs, annual inspections and periodic maintenance of equipment in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices. The Service may also include installation, transfer and dismantling of equipment.
In addition, the service includes scheduling annual inspections and collecting and documenting data from systems and equipment corresponding to the content of the invitation to tender in accordance with the tender documents.
The service contract includes the materials, maintenance equipment and machinery used in the work, as well as personnel, travel and supervision costs, including all costs.
The customer must have the opportunity to purchase household appliance-level kitchen appliances through the service provider of the contract created when delivered to the site.
The purchase includes on-call duty Mon - Sun from 5 am to 11 pm. In on-call work, the response time of the service provider is one hour.
Tendering requires consideration and acceptance of the terms of the invitation to tender and its annexes.
