KfW will commission the services for repair work in the form of individual contracts. During the term of the contract, the Contractor must ensure that the volatile demand for repair work can be met by the Contractor. The specific composition of individual repair work is determined in the respective individual orders. For more details, see service description. On average for the years 2020 to 2022, the benefits provided as framework agreements amounted to
invoiced repair work to an average order volume of € 300,000.00 per year, whereby the Client assumes rising annual costs.
For reasons of procurement law, the total contract value (standard services including repair work) may be exceeded by a maximum of 50%.
In addition, the scope of services and the quantity structure are determined by the Specifications, Mass Compilation and Catalogue of Activities for each lot.
