The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new (year of manufacture 2023) construction machines:
a) road graders – 1 piece;
b) wheel loader – 1 piece.
A detailed description of the technical parameters of the above-mentioned machines, as well as the terms of the contract, can be found in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ for this procedure.
Delivery of a brand new (year of manufacture 2023) road graderThe subject of the contract for Task No. 1 is the delivery of a brand new (year of manufacture 2023) road grader – 1 piece.
The subject of the contract has been divided into parts – Tasks:
Task No. 1 – delivery of a brand new (year of production 2023) road grader;
Task No. 2 – delivery of a brand new (year of manufacture 2023) wheel loader.
The Contractor may submit a bid for one or two Tasks.
Each of the Tasks constitutes a separate whole, and thus the Contractor, submitting an offer for two Tasks, attaches to the offer accordingly as many Offer Forms (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), for which individual parts of the contract (Tasks) submits an offer.
