The costs of hiring IVT professionals in the year 2021-2022 have been greater than expected. As a result, HVHL has to tender the hiring of IVT professionals, partly because it is expected that this will be used more often in the (near) future.

HVHL wants to be able to rely on three parties that can offer fast and high-quality candidates when a temporary demand arises for IVT professionals.
