The purpose of the purchase is to select a carrier that will provide services for the carriage of passengers by bus on local (suburban) scheduled routes in the Kelmė district by vehicles that meet the requirements specified in the technical specification (Annex No. 2) and are adapted for the carriage of passengers in the district conditions. The time of provision of services is 36 months from the date of signing the Contract and the guarantee of performance of the Contract provided by the Carrier. No extension is foreseen. The preliminary 1-year passable distance would be 311,276.80 km. The number of routes is preliminary, it can vary according to the needs of the population.

The start of the provision of services from the signing of the Service Agreement no more than within 3 months. The supplier shall inform the customer of the exact start of the provision of services by means of a separate notice. The time of provision of services is 36 months from the date of signing the Contract and the guarantee of performance of the Contract provided by the Carrier. No extension is foreseen.
