Thistle Housing Association Ltd. is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord based in the south side of Glasgow.

It is the Association's intention to enter into a contract with one contractor to deliver their Landscape Maintenance contract in Toryglen, Glasgow.

Thistle Housing Association has recently undertaken a large scale refurbishment project to many of their properties comprising both internal and external improvements. They would like their landscaped areas to reflect their recently improved stock.

The works will comprise the upkeep and regular maintenance of communal open and restricted areas of hard and soft landscaping and the upkeep of tenants gardens. Works will also include ad-hoc repair works to both hard and soft landscaping throughout the duration of the contract as instructed by the Association which will include for example replacement slabs and planting.
