Supply of electricity for the entities indicated in Annex 1.a, 1.b, 1.c to the Terms of Reference - 2020The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with applicable provisions, quality standards of the EP Act and implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on specific conditions for the functioning of the power system for the subject of consumption points participating in the proceedings, the list of which is provided in the Annex No. 1.a, 1.b, 1.c.
