This tender focuses on the conclusion of a Framework Agreement with two Contractors with regard to the full operational lease of the fleet for the Waterschapsbedrijf Limburg (hereinafter: WBL) on the basis of closed calculation with open insight based on mini-competition.

The value of the contract during the term (excluding options) / per year is estimated between € 600,000 and € 800,000 excluding VAT. In order not to have any discussions about whether or not it is mandatory to initiate new tenders, waterschapsbedrijf Limburg can theoretically purchase an average of up to € 1,000,000 excluding VAT per calendar year.

Please note: however, this is a theoretical maximum (excluding price indexation).
