Passed in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 27 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts and in accordance with procedures freely defined by Pôle emploi, the object of this contract is to carry out work relating to the development of the site Pôle emploi located at 102 avenue Henri Barbusse in Colombes (92700). This project aims to create additional workstations to accommodate agents from the Bois-Colombes agency. The development of an extension of 261 m 2 SHON (net floor area) will accommodate the 11 additional agents. The local agency will thus have 53 agents, with a total area of 1,188 m 2 SHON. These services and their execution procedures are described in this Contract and in the applicable functional and technical specifications (CCFT).
