The municipality has the desire to replace the physical components within the network infrastructure. The solution to be offered must meet the technical and functional requirements as included in the blueprint v 1.0 and the High Level Design concept.

In addition to replacing and implementing a new network (part A), this assignment also includes support, security and advisory services for networks and network equipment management for short (part B). As indicated in the market consultation, we would like to continue the current working method in which we take care of the first-line questions ourselves and in case of illness / leave or more complex issues we ask the contractor to take over the management issues.

We want to implement three security measures (NAC, micro-segmentation, zero-trust principles) in the long term (part C) and we will include them as an option in this tender.

In the preparation for this tender, the Contracting Authority estimated that the contract that is the subject of this tender has an estimate of approximately € 400,000 to € 600,000 (excl. VAT), and including option C, we estimate the assignment between € 600,000 to € 1,100,000 (excl. VAT). The estimates mentioned are indicative. You cannot derive any rights from this
