The purpose of this document is the contracting by the Water and Waste Consortium of La Rioja for the consultancy and technical assistance service for the management of the expropriation procedure of the goods and rights affected by the works included in the Supply Project to several municipalities in the Autonomous Community of La Rioja ( Cidacos System) with the exception of those that correspond to the one called in the Calahorra Branch project in the municipality of Calahorra.
