Conference venue (conference room + technology) with overnight accommodation incl. CateringThe purpose of this call for tenders is to conclude framework agreements - for Lots 1 and 2 - for accommodation and conference venues for the organisation of seminars. We are looking for suitable conference venues for the accommodation and/or catering of our event participants and employees, as well as seminar and group rooms with appropriate technical and media equipment.
We are looking for conference and accommodation capacities for the following regions:
-Cologne/Bonn and the surrounding area
-Aachen and the surrounding area
-Dusseldorf-Center
-Western Ruhr area (Duisburg to Essen)
