The contest concerns production/extension and delivery of one (1) crew vehicle with water tank and fire pump.

The anticipated value of the procurement is approx. NOK 5.5 million excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is non binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of contract.

The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract:

— the contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms;

— the contract duration will be from 14 December 2020 until the vehicle is delivered;

— the contracting authority will enter into a contract with one (1) supplier;

— the contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
