- waste collection and treatment. Each lot is the subject of a market divided into two components:

component 1: ordinary market for current services of rental of wheeled bins and containers, collection and treatment of waste;

component 2: framework agreement with order forms in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to 6 and R. 2162-13 to 14 of the CCP.

These services will be one-off and / or exceptional and, where applicable, will be the subject of a prior estimate.

These services may not represent more than 10% of the annual contract value.

The number, type and capacity of containers as well as the quantities collected over the year 2019 by site are indicated in the appendices to the CCTP.

Rental of containers, collection and treatment of waste from healthcare activities at risk of infection (DASRI). This lot also concerns medical instruments and expired drugs.
