This consultation concerns the establishment of a framework agreement allowing SPL Lyon Part-Dieu to add the competences of a contractor to carry out EOM missions in charge of the design and realization of public spaces and technical urban EOM which will take the form of subsequent contracts concluded with the occurrence of needs.

The scope of the framework agreement corresponds to that of the concession of the SPL Lyon Part-Dieu (177 ha). Subsequent contracts may therefore cover any space within this scope. However, the framework agreement does not extend exclusive to the benefit of its holder on this scope.
