This contract is a civil engineering contract, i.e. a mission of realization with a commitment on the performances and the technical requirements expected, under the conditions defined below, for the redevelopment of the station square.

The objective of the MO, by entrusting the work missions to the company (ENT), is to obtain the delivery of the work with:

> Compliance with deadlines;

> Respect for the price;

> Achieving the expected performance.

This contract includes all the services necessary for its complete realization. Under no circumstances can the MO's observations relieve the NTE of its responsibilities and commitments, the technical competence necessary for the proper completion of this contract being the responsibility of the ENT.

This contract is worded in terms of results and objectives to be achieved. It is not exhaustive as to the modalities of implementation to be followed by the ENT.
