Sastamala's Food and Cleanliness Services Ltd's tender request concerns the purchase of roots, fruits and vegetables transported to the Hopunkallio production kitchen, Sylvää School and Lukio-Marttila School. The term of the contract is 1.6.2019-28.2.2022 + one (1) year option for the period 1.3.2022-28.2.2023.

The purchase concerns roots, fruits and vegetables transported to three (3) locations in the Sastamala area: Hopunkallio Production Kitchen, Sylvää School and Lukio-Marttila School. Logistics costs are included in the prices. The binding order-delivery rhythm is 24 hours.

This is a framework agreement. The prices quoted in the offer are valid for the first delivery period. In the future, products will be competitively competed with selected suppliers every three (3) months. The mini-competition will be conducted one (1) month before the start of the new delivery season. Delivery periods begin June 1st, September 1st, December 1st. and 1.3. The Subscriber reserves the right, for justified reasons, to place orders from outside selected Contractors within the procurement limits of the Procurement Act. Justifiable reasons include, for example, the supplier's inability to supply the required products due to an unexpected and urgent need, the need being small and sporadic, or proximity to the company's strategy, which currently accounts for about 6.5% of the company's total food supply.
