Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, on behalf of the City of Tampere's Urban Environment Service Area, Tramway Development Programme, will launch a tender for the preparation of the Tramway project plan between Pirkkala, Suuppa—Tampere, Northeast Centre.

The mandate includes, among others, the following design tasks:

— Common design criteria and objectives for the beginning of work

— Reinquisitions and surveys

— Coordination to the transport system and current and future land use

— Preliminary street plans approved by municipal technical boards

— Simulation of tramway operation, planning track replacement sites, taking into account future reservations

— Electricity supply and rail electricity

— Plan, track and night depot

— Illustration

— Comprehensive impact estimates, costs, alternative comparison, project assessment, h/k ratio, including real estate and municipal financial assessment

— Interaction and Communication Plan

— Assessment of the need for position formula changes and burdens

— Meetings and reporting

— Risk assessment, identification of permit needs, recommendation on further planning needs.

This procurement notice is the announcement of the launch of the tender process for the Tramway project: Pirkkala, Suuppa—Tampere, Northeast Centre project.

Acquisition complies with the Law on Public Procurement and Contracting Contracts (1397/2016, Procurement Act). The acquisition is carried out using a transparent procedure under the Procurement Act.

A procurement is a service purchase exceeding the EU threshold. In the acquisition, one (1) consultancy contract is competitive.
