Construction start is planned for spring 2021 with completion in summer 2022.

The contest will be implemented in two phases:

Phase 1: pre-qualification (this notice);

Phase 2: tender contest (only for qualified tenderers).

Helgeland Kraft Nett AS hereby invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest for Turnkey contract construction of Plurheia Transformer Station.

The transformer station will be equipped with 132/66/22 kV three-winding transformer and associated apparatus and control plant. License applications approved by NVE [the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate]. The transformer must be 35MVA. The station will have general supply and input from multiple power stations in the area.
