The subject of the contract is a service consisting in year-round comprehensive (summer and winter) maintenance of national roads in the Kalisz Region with a length of 139.6 km.

The service includes the performance of year-round work, including winter and ongoing road maintenance, in particular:

- maintenance of road pavement,

- maintenance of the sides and strips of the chapter,

- maintenance of the body of the road,

- maintenance of dehydration,

- maintenance of pavements and bicycle paths,

- maintenance of the marking,

- maintenance of traffic safety equipment,

- maintenance of the aesthetics of signs, traffic safety elements and the road lane,

- maintenance of assistive devices,

- winter maintenance of roads,

- Contract Management,

- maintain cleanliness on engineering facilities.

The scope and manner of performance of the service is specified in the documents:

- essential terms of the contract

- Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

- technical specifications (SST).

The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the Agreement in the period from 01.04.2023 to 01.06.2026. If the agreement is signed after 01.04.2023, it will be effective from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until 01.06.2026, whereby, the maximum total duration of the Agreement, including the right of option referred to in § 1 section 8 of the Agreement, may not exceed 48 months.
