Tana municipality shall construct a welfare centre consisting of 22 residential units and a communal area with a common room and offices. The building complex shall hae a function as a nursing institution for elderly persons and persons with dementia. Tana municipality would therefore like to invite relevant interested parties to a tender competition.

The work shall be carried out as a complete building, organised as a turnkey contract. Besides the construction professions, the works shall include HVAC and electro installations as well as general services including the necessary engineering design services and applications for starting work.

The main focus in the project is a health building with low energy consumption.

The tender shall be given on the basis of the attached documents.

Tenderers must themselves obtain knowledge of the work/construction area and other conditions that can be of importance for the building project.
