Agder Kollektivtrafikk A/S (AKT) would like to invite tenderers to a negotiated procedure for an operator contract for bus services in area west in Agder.

The assignment consists of providing bus transport in the route area, which

Start in the following municipalities; Kristiansand, Lindesnes, Lyngdal, Farsund and

Hægebostad.

The assignment can be expanded in the contract period to include routes and booked routes in surrounding municipalities, regions, and counties, which start in the route area.

The contract will be valid from when it is signed. The contract will valid until 31

December 2029. The contracting authority has a unilateral right to extend the contract for one or more periods, until 30 June 2032 at the latest. If the extensions are taken up, the operator

Cannot demand that the contract is changed.

The contracting authority will provide a site at Jåbekk industrial estate by Mandal, and

The operator is obliged to enter into a contract as mentioned in Annex 5 Site Description.

Other depots and stationing locations that are natural for the operator, with the necessary

Facilities, will be the operator's own responsibility and cost.
