The insurer should intervene if one of the staff is to be hospitalized:

Medical costs in hospitalization. The costs incurred by the insured (employee) up to one month before admission and up to three months after admission.

The basic policy can be extended to include additional safeguards, which will be negotiated in the quotation phase.
