Deliveries will rely on:
a) refuelling unleaded petrol Pb-95, Pb-98 and diesel fuel in the amount specified in the Terms of Specification to:
• OA in Kurowo
• OA in Annopol
b) purchase of consumables directly related to securing the technical efficiency of the car (in particular radiator fluid, windscreen washer fluid, light bulbs, protective gloves, cloths, etc.) – according to the needs
TASK NO. 1: FUEL SUPPLY - ROAD CIRCUIT IN KUROWO3. Delivery conditions:
a. Refuelling of vehicles and purchase of fuel for equipment and purchase of consumables – non-cash at the Contractor's petrol station.
b. Supervision over the implementation of the contract will be exercised by persons indicated by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority.
c. Location of at least one petrol station belonging to the Contractor within a radius of not more than 20 km from the seat of the Road Circuit in Kurowo (Olesin 12).
d. Issuing the driver after each refueling a document confirming the fact of taking fuels for the company car or equipment and consumables, containing: time, date of execution of the above-mentioned with confirmation of refueling or purchase in the road card / daily report.
e. The Ordering Party allows recording and settlement of collected fuels and consumables using micro-processor fuel cards, provided that their use is in accordance with the provisions of the contract and that the Ordering Party will not incur additional costs related to their release and operation.
f. The Ordering Party, allowing the possibility of settling deliveries using micro-process fuel cards, shall accept that fuel cards be issued within 15 working days from the submission of the application / order for cards by the Ordering Party after signing the contract or submitting the application / order in the event of blocking a given card (loss, change of data, etc.) or ordering a new card.
g. The Ordering Party does not agree to incur any fees for issuing and using cards. These costs should be included in the offer price (e.g. possible discount).
h. The Contractor undertakes that the petrol station will be available to the Contracting Authority on all days from at least 7.00 to 18.00.
i. Ensuring that the invoiced price of fuel and prices for other purchased consumables will be in accordance with the prices in force at the Contractor at the time of purchase, taking into account the discount offered.
j. Issuing collective VAT invoices regulating receivables for the purchase of fuels and consumables no more often than 2 times a month, i.e. from the 1st to the 15th day of a given month and from the 16th to the last day of a given month. The date of sale shall be deemed to be the last day of the relevant accounting period.
k. In special cases, such as failure, renovation, modernization or temporary shutdown of stations, the Contracting Authority allows the use of other stations belonging to the Contractor.
l. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the assortment of delivery of one fuel to another within the maximum value of the entire order.
m. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels in accordance with the needs of the WFD.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the ordered quantities of fuels accordingly
for the needs of the WFD.
5. Fuels must meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of
22 April 2020 amending the Regulation on quality requirements for
liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 727).
6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the assortment of delivery of one fuel to
the second, within the maximum value of the entire contract.
7. The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids for individual tasks.
8. The Contractor shall be remunerated for the actual quantities of delivery made.
TASK NO. 2: FUEL SUPPLY - ROAD CIRCUIT IN ANNOPOL3. Delivery conditions:
a. Refuelling of vehicles and purchase of fuel for equipment and purchase of consumables – non-cash at the Contractor's petrol station.
b. Supervision over the implementation of the contract will be exercised by persons indicated by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority.
c. Location of at least one petrol station belonging to the Contractor within a radius not exceeding 20 km from the headquarters of the Road Circuit in Annopol (45 Puławska Street).
d. Issuing the driver after each refueling a document confirming the fact of taking fuels for the company car or equipment and consumables, containing: time, date of execution of the above-mentioned with confirmation of refueling or purchase in the road card / daily report.
