1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of medical furniture for the Treatment Room and the Preparatory Room (examination room) and furniture equipment for the Observation and Infectious Diseases Department of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża, in the assortment, quantity and requirements specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ – Assortment and quantity list and required parameters. The ordering party requires the offer of min. 36 months warranty for the completed subject of the contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the model contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
3. The Order is divided into parts, hereinafter referred to as Packages. Number of parts (Packages) – 2.
- Package 1 - Medical furniture for the treatment room and examination room (preparation room).
- Package 2 - Furniture equipment for the Branch.
