The subject of the order is comprehensive insurance of the Office and the organizational units of the City of Tychy.

The order includes:

Task 1:

- insurance of property against all risks, taking into account the theft limits and the limit on glass items,

- insurance of electronic equipment,

- insurance of machines against damage,

- liability insurance (general + extensions).

Exercise 2:

- NNW insurance for the Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre.

Exercise 3:

- communication insurance (OC, AC, NW, ASS, Windows).

2. The Contractor shall indicate in the offer the parts of the contract whose execution he intends to entrust to the subcontractors, as well as the names or names of possible subcontractors, if they are already known.

The subcontractor shall be obliged to have the authorisation of the competent authority to carry out insurance activities for all risk groups covered by the contract referred to in Article 7 (1) of the Act of 11 September 2015 on insurance and reinsurance activities, and in the case of initiation of activity before the entry into force of the Act of 28 July 1990 on insurance activities, the certificate of the Minister of Finance about the possession of the consent to the performance of the insurance business.

3. Employment requirements on the basis of employment, under the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the PZP:

- The Contracting Authority requires employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of all persons who will perform the activities of handling the contracting officer's insurance policies (issuing policies, annexes, etc.).

- The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the contracting authority to control compliance with the requirements relating to the employment of those persons, as well as the sanctions for failure to comply with those requirements are set out in the proposed provisions of the contract.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in point 7 of Article 214 (1) of the PZP with a value of not more than 30% of the basic contract. The orders will consist of a repetition of similar services as the basic order and will comply with the subject of the basic contract, i.e. covered by this proceeding and described in section 3.1 of SWZ. A condition for the award of contracts will be to conduct negotiations with the selected contractor.
